Barra connects north to the Uists by ferry, which makes it a natural first or last stop on a longer island route rather than a destination on its own.
If that is your plan, choose different pickup and return locations when you book. One-way hire is subject to availability and pre-arrangement, and any applicable charge is confirmed before booking.
