This is a correspondence address rather than a customer desk. Where you collect depends on the location you book, and your confirmation explains the arrangement.

- Your collection location
- Your travel details: flight or sailing, and times
If your flight or sailing has changed, tell us as early as you can. The earlier we know, the more we can do about the handover, and revised arrangements stay subject to vehicle and staff availability.
If the vehicle has stopped, call RAC first
Roadside assistance is provided by RAC and is answered around the clock. Our booking line is not, so for a vehicle that will not start, will not drive or is unsafe to continue in, this is the number that matters.
