Confirmed before you book, never after
Applicable one-way, delivery or out-of-hours charges vary by route, date and vehicle, and are confirmed before booking. We do not publish a fixed figure, because a fixed figure would be wrong for most journeys.
Never leave a vehicle at an unagreed location
Your return point is part of the booking. If your plans change and you need a different one, speak to us first so we can agree it. An unagreed drop-off leaves the vehicle somewhere we cannot recover it, and that becomes a cost to you.
Flights and ferries do not always run to plan
Tell us as soon as your confirmed arrival or departure changes and we will do our best to adjust the handover. Revised arrangements stay subject to staff, vehicle and location availability. We would rather say that than promise something the timetable decides.
