From prices are per day, including VAT, and are based on hires of seven days or more. The minimum hire is one day; shorter hires are available and may have a different daily rate. Your price also varies with dates, collection location, availability and any extras you choose, and the confirmed total is shown before you complete your booking. About the Small Van
The Small Van is the one most people booking for a single job actually need. Its load area is enclosed and lockable, which is the difference that matters against an open pickup bed: tools, boxed goods and anything that must not get wet on a crossing. Three seats, three doors, manual. It is the easiest van group to park in Stornoway or at a ferry terminal, and the starting point for the four larger van groups above it. We do not publish load dimensions or payload figures for our van groups; if a measurement is what decides your booking, ask us before you book.
Is this the right group for your trip?

- Short-term business travel and deliveries where an enclosed, lockable load space matters more than passenger seats. It is the van most people booking for a single job actually need, and it is the easiest of the van groups to park in Stornoway or at a ferry terminal.
- Luggage and load
- Enclosed and out of the weather, which is the main reason to choose a van over a pickup here. Suits tools, boxed goods and anything that must not get wet on a crossing.
- Probably not for
- Anything tall. If the load will not lie down, the high-top is the group to look at rather than a longer van at the same height.
